The successful applicant will have:

• a love of working with young children;

• a good sense of humour;

• the ambition to contribute toward ensuring all children within CTW have a positive learning experience;

• leadership experience (e.g. Deputy, Room Leader, 3rd in Charge)

• communicate well with children, parent/carers and work within a team;

• excellent knowledge of the EYFS framework and compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
